Abbott's Heads to New Jersey!
Our next stop on the map is Hamilton, NJ (Mercer County). Owners, Stu and Tess Axelrod (Lawrenceville, NJ), expect the new location to open in Spring of 2012. Tess, oringinally from Rochester, grew up on Abbott's and is excited to bring her hometown treat to Jersey.
Stu and Tess were in Rochester training in Scoop School last week! They've practiced their scooping, making custard, and creating handmade frozen novelties. As they approach their Grand Opening, our trainers will head to NJ to continue teaching Stu and Tess and the rest of their staff.
