 with Blue Star Sprinkles!

Abbott’s Frozen Custard has helped make wishes come true for children with life-threatening medical conditions. During the 2010 season, Abbott’s will once again donate 5˘ of every
Blue Star Sprinkle purchase to the local chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation®.

Five year old Annalise P. from Canandaigua, NY, has Neuroblastoma – an aggressive
 form of cancer. Thanks to the contributions from the 2009 Abbott’s Frozen Custard
 relationship with the Make-A-Wish® Foundation, we were able to help
 Annalise experience all Disney World has to offer.

Her wish to go to Disney came true and she took a limo to the airport and stayed at
 Give Kids the World. Her big thrill was to meet Mickey Mouse in a private meeting
 and meet and greet the dolphins at Sea World. She was also able to go to
 Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios and Islands Adventure.
